The 2019 WWE Royal Rumble is in the books.
I was right, on several matches, although, in all honesty, I didn't think Asuka would beat Becky Lynch clean. I thought they would build on the tension between Becky & Rousey that was started at TLC last month. But, I take satisfaction that I was right about the Men's and Women's Rumble matches with both Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins winning their respective matches.
What I couldn't believe though was, combined with the preshow, WWE gave us almost 7 hours of action last night, the 2 hour preshow and an almost 5 hour PPV. I mean don't get me wrong, I love me some wrestling, but 7 hours in one night? A little much.
