My Take On WWE Monday Night Raw 1/1/19
Here we go...
I watched last night's Monday Night Raw today because I have to watch it on Hulu, so, I watched the condensed 90 minute version...
Does anybody know why WWE still pushes Triple McMahon...(damn), I mean...Triple H? The guy should just fucking retire and stay off camera. We all know the only reason why he gets pushed is because he's fucking Stephanie.
Anyhow, why wasn't the steel cage match between Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre the main event? Kind of cheapens the fact that it was a steel cage match.
Anyhow, I thought the episode was good, I'm looking forward to the debut of both Lacey Evans and Nikki Cross, although, I would like to see Evans on Raw and Cross on SmackDown, if for no other reason then to see her rejoin Sanity, which she should have been called up at the same time as the rest of Sanity.
Anyhow, I like the IC title match between Apollo Crews & champion Dean Ambrose, but, again, the fact that it was a title match was cheapened by the fact that it wasn't the main event.
The actual main event was a tag team match between Natalya (Ok, I get the fact that she's a part of the Hart family, let the woman stand on her own, you've already beaten the Hart family angle to death.), & Women's Champion 'Rowdy' Ronda Rousey vs. Tamina & Nia Jax, and of course they can't have Rousey lose, I mean, even if it would help further a storyline. Would it have hurt anyone to have Natalya turn heel and turn her back on her friend Rousey? That would make too much sense, wouldn't it?
Anyhow, I'll be back tomorrow with my take on SmackDown Live, 205 Live, NXT & NXT UK. 205 Live, NXT & NXT UK will all be in one post considering they run back to back to back on WWE Network.
