In what was an awesome event. NXT Takeover: Phoenix lived up to expectations.
Even though I was dead wrong in my predictions of the double main event.
I am glad though that Shayna Baszler is still the NXT Women'ghts Champion, and that War Raiders are the new NXT Tag Team champions.
But, I am disappointed that Johnny Gargano is the new NXT North American champion and that Tommaso Ciampa is still the NXT Champion.
If you read my predictions, you'll know I predicted that Ricochet and Aleister Black would triumph over Gargano and Ciampa.
And what made it worse is that they keep teasing a #DIY reunion between the two champions.
Oh well, I guess Aleister Black will be making his main roster debut soon, possibly as soon as the Royal Rumble tonight.
