NXT Halloween Havoc 2022 Review

This was an awesome event...

It started with a Fatal 5 Ladder Match for the NXT North American Championship:

Nathan Fraser vs. Oro Mensah vs. Wes Lee vs. Von Wagner vs. Carmelo Hayes

Very good match. Lots of different spots. I personally thought Carmelo Hayes would regain the title.

Bu, it was Wes Lee who climbed the ladder & retrieved the NXT North American championship....

Then they show you the beginning of the NXT Women's Championship match Alba Fyre vs. Mandy Rose (C) with Toxic Attraction...

The segment ends with Fyre abducting Mandy Rose from the haunted house she told Mandy to meet her at. Fyre first took out Toxic Attraction then she abducted Mandy & was deinving her back to the arena...

Next is the Casket match between Apollo Crews & Grayson Waller...

A small casket was brought to ringsode, but it was only used so Waller could push Crews off the top rope & trhough the casket. A bigger, more sturdier casket was brought out next.

This match was very physical, it ended when Crews choke slammed Waller into the casket & closed the lid...

Next was the Weapons wild match between Roxanne Perex & Cora Jade....

Roxanne Perez got a measure of revenge on Cora Jade as she hit her finisher on a steel chair for the pin fall victory...

Ambulance Match...

Damon Kemp vs. Julius Creed...

Another physical match....

Creed wins after blasting Kemp 10 times with a steel chair & putting him inside the ambulance & closing the doors...

As the ambulance drove away, Alba Fyre's SUV arrives at the arena & her & Mandy Rose fight into the arena...

Fyre had the match won, but Toxic Attraction pull the referee out of the ring, & they double team, Fyre. Mandy hit Kiss From A Rose for the pin fall victory...

Mani event:

NXT championship:

Bron Breakker (c) vs. JD McDonaugh vs. Ilja Dragunov

Draguanov had the match won, but JD stopped the referee's arm from counting 3.

Dragunov went for Torpedo Moscow again when Breakker hit the spear for the pin fall victory...

Good event....

I look forward to the next event in December...

Until next time, I'm Steve & I'm out!
