My Thoughts On The Jim Cornette Experience Podcast 11-15-2022

I just listenend to this podcast & it was good.

Jim reviewed WWE Smackdown & AEW Rampage

He talked a lot about why the state of Wyoming wasn't part of a wrestling territory in the 1980's and how his oone on screen nemesis Ricky Morton after having wrestled recently in Wyoming has now competed in all 50 states...

Also he talked about the almost nuclear heat Braun Strowman has now backstage after some recent Twitter posts.

And about the possibility of not only Cody Rhodes returning to WWE after injury, but the chances of CM Punk returning to WWE in time for the Royal Rumble in late January...

Let me just say, CM Punk returning to WWE is the equivalant of hell freezing over. If it happens, it'll be a huge coup for Triple H & Stephanie. We all know the real backstage heat that exists between CM Punk & Triple H stemming from their 2011 feud & potential match that was scheduled for WrestleMania 30. Is CM Punk able to let bygones be bygones in the name of the almighty dollar & just to give a giant fuck you to Tony Khan, Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks? Personally, I can't see it, but Jim Cornette seems to think this is a real possibility, especially if Punk gets a lawyer involved in his contract buyout talks with AEW. Although, I can't see Khan not getting a non compete clause kicked in to prevent Punk from immediately jumping ship to WWE. It'll be interesting to say the least...

Anyhow....that is my take...

Until next time, I'm Steve & I'm out
